WeekNav on the web, iPhone and Android

WeekNav is made by a small team at Doxa Holdings, LLC. If something isn't working, or you can't find how to do something, write to us: hello@weeknav.com. A person reads every message.

What to include

• The email address on your WeekNav account, so we can find it.
• Where it happened: the web app (and which browser), the iPhone app or the Android app.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or a short screen recording helps a lot.
• Never your password. We will never ask for it.

When to expect an answer

We reply within two business days (US Central time), usually much sooner. If your account can't be used at all, say so in the subject line and we'll treat it first.

Common questions

• I can't sign in. Use Forgot password to set a new one. The apps and the web share one account, so a password changed on the web works in the apps too.
• My calendar isn't showing. On the web, open Settings → Calendars and check which calendars are turned on. Disconnecting and reconnecting the account fixes most sync trouble. In the apps, Calendars live under More.
• Reminders don't arrive. In the app, open the Journal tab and tap the bell: each reminder has to be turned on there, and the phone has to allow notifications for WeekNav in its Settings.
• Subscriptions and billing. Subscriptions are bought and managed on weeknav.com, never inside the apps. For a receipt or a refund question, email us from the address on your account.
• Deleting my account. You can do it yourself in a minute: see how to delete your account.

Privacy, security and terms

What WeekNav collects and who it is shared with is in the privacy policy; the agreement between us is the terms of service. For a privacy request, or to report a security problem, write to privacy@weeknav.com. IT administrators evaluating WeekNav for a company will find the details here.
