Delete your account

WeekNav, by Doxa Holdings, LLC

You can delete your WeekNav account yourself, from the app or the web, and it takes effect immediately. Your password confirms it. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete the account; the steps below do.

In the iPhone or Android app

1. Open the More tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

On the web

1. Sign in at app.weeknav.com.
2. Open Settings (the gear in the header).
3. At the bottom, under Delete account, choose Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

If you can't sign in to do this, email privacy@weeknav.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

What is deleted

Everything, at once: your account and sign-in sessions; your cards, checklists, habits and Week Focus; journal entries and weekly check-ins; your Navigator life plan; time categories and settings; our stored access to the Google or Microsoft calendars you connected, and the calendar events we cached from them. Our access at Google is revoked for you. Microsoft doesn't let apps revoke their own access, so to remove WeekNav from a Microsoft account too, use account.live.com/consent/Manage (personal accounts) or myapps.microsoft.com (work or school accounts).

What is not kept

We keep no copy of your data once the account is deleted, with these exceptions:

• Backups. Our nightly database backups expire on their own: 14 days on the server, 90 days in off-site storage. Nothing is restored from a backup except to recover from a failure, and a restored copy of a deleted account is deleted again.
• Email you sent us. Support and privacy correspondence stays in our mailbox.
• Records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records for a subscription bought on weeknav.com.

The apps sell nothing, so there are no in-app purchases to cancel. A subscription bought on weeknav.com ends when the account is deleted.
