Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Doxa Holdings, LLC, 14019 W 95th St., Lenexa, KS 66215 ("we") and you, the person using WeekNav. By creating an account you accept them. If you accept for a business, you confirm you may bind it.

Beta

WeekNav is in beta. Features may change, and the service may have interruptions while we improve it. Prices are listed on weeknav.com; nothing is charged without your agreement, and we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price you pay changes.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in methods private; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan without losing data. Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms. Free trials end without charge unless you choose a paid plan.

Your data

You own what you put into WeekNav. You give us permission to store and process it only to run WeekNav for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Calendar connections

When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, WeekNav reads and writes only the calendars you choose and only to provide its features. Google's and Microsoft's own terms apply to those services. If your organization manages your Microsoft or Google account, its administrators control whether WeekNav may connect.

AI features

AI features propose plans, time blocks and summaries. They can be wrong: check them before relying on them. Nothing is written to your calendar until you accept it. You can turn AI off, and each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI use.

Acceptable use

Don't use WeekNav to break the law, harm or mislead others, infringe others' rights, try to get into data or accounts that aren't yours, overload or probe the service, or resell it without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Accountability sharing

Only share with people you trust. Partners see what you grant until you revoke it, and they agree to these terms when they sign in.

Availability and changes

We work to keep WeekNav available and backed up, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features; for changes that matter, we'll tell you in advance.

Ending

You can close your account at any time; export your data first. We may end these terms or suspend an account for serious or repeated breaches. After closing, data is deleted as the Privacy Policy says.

Liability

WeekNav is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and disputes go to the courts in Johnson County, Kansas.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Questions: hello@weeknav.com.
